The star of Nickelodeon’s Victorious Victoria Justice was caught riding her Christmas present this past week, a Razor E200S, looks like fun doesn’t it?
Somethings are better left to pictures, so I will keep this short. During Team Razor UK’s recent visit across the pond they teamed up with a few of our US riders to compete in the Escondido, Ca stop of the global domination tour. They all did a fantastic job and threw down some great tricks. Chris Gascoigne from the Flow team even took 4th place overall, Jason Beggs took 6th. Alright, without further ado, check out some of the sick tricks they pulled in the competition:
But the best trick of the day goes to Jason Beggs, who did something quite impressive while pulling a backflips, he, um, lost his shoe:
Recently Razor teamed up with The Orange County Great Park and Orange County Blog Crush for a great night of fun. We brought along the eSpark, the Graffiti, a couple of Bogo’s, and a little something special for the families that came. A chance to play with our newest product, the Vapor Atlas 250 (coming soon!)
Overall there were close to 200 people there and all of the kiddies were able to try out both the scooters and Atlas 250′s. We also held a twitter scavenger hunt that took excited attendees (read excited Dad’s) making mad dashes from the working farm to the hanger, to the great balloon (it takes up to 25 people up 400 feet in the air!)
Here’s a recap of the evening in photo form, enjoy!:
Recently, Popular Science Magazine featured the Razor BoGo pogo stick in their The Goods; a dozen great ideas in gearfeature. They had this to say:
“Unlike most pogos, the BoGo has a flexible fiberglass bow on its front. Working with a coiled metal spring in the base, the bow helps capture more energy when compressed, and allows riders to bounce two thirds higher with no extra effort”
Recently, US Weekly picked up Selena Gomez cruising on her Razor scooter while shooting a commercial for her new clothing line for Kmart, check it out:
The picture also generated some media buzz over on Ocean Up.
The new Razor Graffiti chalk scooter and Razor BoGo pogo stick were featured live on Good Day LA as two of Kym Douglas’ Summer kick-off items for 2011. Our Razor kid testers even shared a snow cone with Paris Hilton. Check it out here, at 1:21 in:
Toy Expert Chris Byrne recently picked his recommendations for top summer toys on NBC’s The 10! show. Watch him show off the Razor eSpark electric scooter and the original Razor kick scooter. Take a look about 5.07 in:
The Drifter was included in the annual holiday toy test with David Letterman and toy expert Shannon Eis. Dave was drifting like a pro and couldn’t seem to get enough riding time. That is, until he crashed into a Christmas tree!
